I have a degree in business administration and have been a specialist in executive search for executives since 2005. With FaberConsulting, my aim is to support companies and HR consultancies in identifying, addressing and selecting candidates on a global basis. What sets me apart is my unique combination of industrial and specialist knowledge, including cultural and geographical knowledge. Every day, I endeavor to ensure that clients have a dynamic selection of highly qualified candidates to choose from.
Thanks to my wide-ranging international life and work experience in Germany, Great Britain, Turkey and the Netherlands, I have been able to learn about and get to know a wide variety of cultures, working methods and exciting challenges on many levels. It's always exciting for me to be able to connect people and companies in order to combine potential with specific vacancies.
